1. Who is responsible for your data. We, Booksy UK Ltd., are processing your data. You can contact us at gdpr.gb@booksy.com.

3. Why we process your data. We process your data to provide you access to the Global Trend Report (based on the “contract” that we enter into when you request this access). We process your data to see who is interested in our Global Trend Report - for internal analytics purposes (this is based on our legitimate interest). If you consent, we process your data to send marketing messages about Booksy products and services., as we have a legitimate interest to do so. We do not use your data to make automated decisions. The content of our marketing communications may be personalized based on your type of services, your primary area of professional activity, and other information you provide. 
4. What data we process. Scope of the data that we process corresponds to the data that you provide in the form available on our website. You can choose whether to provide your data. Without it, we cannot send the Global Trends Report. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect the Report.
5. Who receives your data. We allow our trusted service providers to access your data to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. They support IT systems, hosting, analytics, and communications. We require them to protect your data. Some of our providers process your data outside of the UK and/or the European Economic Area (EU+Island, Norway and Lichtenstein). We use standard contractual clauses or other lawful safeguards to protect your data. 
6. How long we keep your data. We keep your data for the period necessary to send you the report. For the marketing purposes, we keep your data as long as your consent remains valid. Once we don’t have any reason to keep your data, we delete it. 
7. Your rights. You have privacy rights: to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to your data processing based on our legitimate interest, to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint to the data supervisory authority (in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office).
